Dress for success…

Dress to impress!

Science says it takes only a part of a second to decide if you like someone or you do not like them. So, when it comes to the important stuff, like interviews for a job, or dates, or a lunch with someone important, you need to take care of every single detail, to make the first impression work for you.

There are some tricks to make a person like you faster, like a choice of the perfume, or colors, or your facial expressions and body language, but let’s talk clothes.

The first outfit we have chosen for you is an outfit that can be used in any non-business related occasions to leave a great first impression. First, let’s go over the color scheme used in this combination: we took neutral colors like tan for the accessories, and nude pink for pants and blouse. We intentionally picked one piece of a strong, noticeable color, to spice things up, and make you differ from the background.  Now let’s see what we picked out: we combined nude pink  stretch-denim mid-rise, slim boyfriend-fit pants with belt loops, five pockets and navy stitching with the silk loose fit blouse featuring a tied neckline, a concealed front button placket, long sleeves, a curved hem and slit cuffs. We picked flat laced up nude shoes and a big nude vintage style leather purse with a lot of pockets. Then, we spiced this outfit up a bit with a fitted wine colored cardigan, which just makes the combination noticeable and perfect. We would recommend you to pull your hair up for this look, and put some tiny earrings on, and maybe a silver ring to enclosure this combination.

The second combination is perfect for a business meeting or a job interview. It says a lot about your working habits, and makes you appear as a perfectionist, but it puts a thought that you might be a creative, open-minded and fun person underneath. So, we also picked neutral color scheme for this outfit,  but we updated the look with this amazing and fun animal-printed letter clutch. The central piece of this combination would definitely be the white short-sleeved top with a ruffle detail in front and fitted in a way it makes your waste look so small and your body line so feminine. Next would be a high-wasted pencil shirt in an dusty shade of gray, which hugs your hips perfectly, while making you look slimmer.  To break the silence of this outfit, we added up a classic open blazer in the blush shade of pink, and it completes this look by making it colorful. Next, we picked out some open-toed heels to make your legs look longer and well-shaped, and an animal-printed clutch to spice the look up a bit. So, this is the combination only a strong woman who is not afraid of being in the center of attention can wear.
